Build production processes from scratch in an outsource studio and a product: I have a proven track record of consulting 3 projects on processes detuning.

Built teams Form teams from scratch (full set: development, design, management, marketing, analytics, testing, finance). Build effective, non-toxic internal communication. I know how to motivate people, find the right incentives, and build a system of growth, and knowledge sharing within the team. Have experience of firing employees avoiding conflicts and legal issues.

Built 2 teams from scratch (outsourcing and product) to meet stakeholders requirements. Successfully consulted 2 projects on team building.

Work with data and facts I'm good at working with analytics systems. I love numbers and graphs and can get important information from them.
