DisruptionX, Entangle Protocol are two London-based blockchain startups owned by the same group of investors. For both projects I worked on:

Development of a strategy, the process of its implementation
Determination of key requirements required from cross-functional groups and external contractors
Control and coordination of the work of several project teams, ensuring the achievement of the goals of the program
Working with project investors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and the timeline for new initiatives
Analytics, program risk assessment, as well as the creation of program reports for stakeholders and investors

I helped the project stakeholders formulate and approve strategies for creating, launching, and developing products, organized the joint work of cross-functional teams and contractors (achieved accuracy in the estimation, planning, and delivery of results), and participated in the successful involvement of key partners together with the marketing team.

As program manager, I built an internal communication system. Documented workflows and set up a task tracker for the team. Reduced working time for communication to set and track progress on tasks. Made communication with stakeholders easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions. Produced accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

I was responsible for the entire life cycle of an independent unit within the company: project acquisition, finances, operational management, and team.

The unit received a project worth over $2.5 million during my leadership. The unit was stable financially and operationally. I performed a skill review, after which part of the team received grade-ups. In addition to the main direction (interface design), I launched work on product analytics.
